Having spent many years growing KPHR Recruitment, we’ve attended lots of business networking groups in Leicester and met some amazing people along the way. Some groups are quite informal and aimed at simply meeting other like minded business owners because that’s how they are structured. These types of meetings can be a great way to help develop your business network, but there’s no guarantee of gaining business because no-one is accountable to one another and there isn’t a formalised referral system in place.
Our chosen business networking group in Leicester is BNI Foxes and it’s significantly different because we all have a responsibility to help each another with good quality, qualified referrals by using a formal structure that works. Over the last 12 months more than £1,000,000 in business has been passed between the members which is a remarkable achievement! We meet every Tuesday morning, 10.00am at the Leicester Cricket club and visitors are always welcome to join us.
Our business networking group in Leicester, BNI Foxes currently has 25 members who all help each other with referrals, advice and support and it’s like growing your sales team by 25. We are gaining new members all the time and it’s exciting watching the group grow and seeing more businesses taking advantage of multiple, quality referrals.
